1. Is your affiliate program free to join?

Yes the affiliate program is free to join. Simply fill in the registration form and wait for the activation e-mail.

Once you have been approved you will gain access to the NoviAffiliates system

2. Do I earn commissions for all products?

Yes! We operate a one-wallet system which means that you earn commissions for all products (Sportsbook and Casino)

3. How long does it take to get approved?

Once you have completed and submitted the registration we will respond to you within 48 hours.

Please contact our affiliate support (affiliates@novibet.com), if you don't receive an answer within 48 hours.

We reserve the right to decline applications at our own discretion.

4. How can I find statistics of my Affiliate Account?

You are able to view daily statistics of your Account's customers (new registrations, turnovers, etc) in the Report section once you have logged in to the site.

5. When do I get paid?

Your commission is paid monthly to your novibet account. We transfer the money no later than the 20th of the month.

6. Is there a minimum I have to earn?

You have to earn a minimum of € 100 before you can receive a payment. Should your commission be lower than € 100 it will be carried over to the next month.

7. Which withdrawal methods do you offer?

At present we support bank wire transfer only.

8. What happens if my players show negative earnings?

If you have negative earnings, it means that the customers you referred are winning more than they are losing.

In those cases you don't make a profit from those customers until the account return to positive earnings again.

Should the players introduced by you, win more than they lose in a month, you will not need to pay back the difference.

The negative balance, however, will be carried over into the following month.

Your balance will then be calculated in accordance with the results of the new month until it returns to a positive figure.
